If the program is ...
If the program is 16-bit, you're running 64-bit windows. There are 2 ways to get it to run. If you have Windows 7, get Windows XP Mode and it should run in that. Otherwise... Set up a Windows VM (you'll need a copy of Windows 2000 or earlier and either Virtual PC or VirtualBox. Setup is complicated) Out of ideas? Try running it on an old computer.
